Tom FoxTom has been a member of the International Office since his graduation from the University of Illinois in 2000, becoming executive director in August 2012. As Psi Upsilon's executive director, Tom manages the services provided to Psi Upsilon's undergraduate chapters and expansion groups. He plans, organizes and facilitates undergraduate officer academies, the Leadership Institute and Convention, and administers the risk management and insurance programs. Additionally, he acts as a liaison to campus student affairs personnel and consults with alumni on issues facing the undergraduate chapters..

Originally from North Aurora, Illinois, Tom graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences in economics and a minor in cinema studies. He is loyal to the Chicago sports teams he grew up with: the Bears, Cubs, Bulls and Blackhawks and is even happy for the White Sox and the south side when they win. He enjoys hiking, photography and visiting state and national parks when he finds the time.

Originally from San Diego, California, Levi graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. While an undergraduate member of the Upsilon chapter, Levi held a couple of positions that include Epistolographos and Third Angelos. 

As Epistolographos, he organized the chapter’s annual Career Fair and increased alumni interaction during Rochester’s Meliora Weekend. He is a dedicated Southern California sports fan rooting for the Lakers and Chargers. His hobbies include watching movies, hiking, and learning new skills.

As Chapter Leadership Consultant, his duties include being responsible for visiting and consulting chapters on operational issues as well as enhancing university relations while performing numerous administrative tasks around the office.
