Tom FoxTom has been a member of the International Office since his graduation from the University of Illinois in 2000, becoming executive director in August 2012. As Psi Upsilon's executive director, Tom manages the services provided to Psi Upsilon's undergraduate chapters and expansion groups. He plans, organizes and facilitates undergraduate officer academies, the Leadership Institute and Convention, and administers the risk management and insurance programs. Additionally, he acts as a liaison to campus student affairs personnel and consults with alumni on issues facing the undergraduate chapters..

Originally from North Aurora, Illinois, Tom graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences in economics and a minor in cinema studies. He is loyal to the Chicago sports teams he grew up with: the Bears, Cubs, Bulls and Blackhawks and is even happy for the White Sox and the south side when they win. He enjoys hiking, photography and visiting state and national parks when he finds the time.

Mike Thibideau

Originally from Ontario, California, Dominic graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine. While an undergraduate member of the Lambda Sigma chapter, Dominic held a couple of positions that include Academic Chair and Third Angelos. 

As Third Angelos, he organized the chapter’s annual Psi U Think You Can Dance philanthropic event helping raise money for Conquer Paralysis Now. He is a dedicated Southern California sports fan rooting for the Lakers, Angels, and Kings. His hobbies include watching movies, playing basketball, and hiking.

As Chapter Leadership Consultant, his duties include being responsible for visiting and consulting chapters on operational issues as well as enhancing university relations while performing numerous administrative tasks around the office.
